At SimpleFix, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a hassle-free return process and are committed to resolving any issues with your order. Please review the sections below for details on returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns can only be requested for orders with a value equivalent to more than €10.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The original return label provided by us must be used for the return shipment.
- Returns sent using a different return label or shipping carrier may be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Some products may not be eligible for return based on supplier return policies.
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
To request a return, please submit a message through our Contact Us form and select "Returns" as the subject. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Request Review
Our team will review your request and determine whether the item is eligible for return according to our return policy. We aim to respond to all return requests within 12 hours.
3. Return Approval
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and detailed return instructions. If you have not received a return label, please contact us before sending the item.
4. Ship the Item
The item must be returned using the return label and instructions provided by us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. This will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Final Sale may apply to:
- Clearance or discounted items
- Limited-time promotional products
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form and select "Returns".
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for:
- A full refund
Exchanges
Due to the way our products are processed and shipped by our suppliers, SimpleFix does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may submit a return request in accordance with our return policy. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and you may then place a new order for the product of your choice.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, although additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
